For what it's worth, I recorded the beeps downunder here in Oz with a 
laptop's webcam; check out http://www.horsfall.org/leapsecond.webm (9MB).  
There is a delay between the second and third beeps (and yes, that hairy 
bloke is me, so you are forewarned).

I was hoping to get a video of the clock on the other laptop where it 
would've shown 09:59:60, but was too late.
