[GreenKeys] Telephoto machines?

Speaking of FAX machines, anyone recognize this machine?




It is of the helical wire & steel bar type and has a model number of 
"RX-3M" but no manufacturer name. A couple of other views enclosed.

Thanks for any info on this piece of equipment.
