[GreenKeys] To clarify "fanfold" paper

It's my understanding that "fanfold" means the kind of paper that was
used by the press wire services, ordinary single-copy white or yellow
TTY paper in a box about 2 feet long. The purpose was just to hold
a lot of paper so rolls didn't have to be changed so often. With
Model 15 and early Model 28 cabinets the box of paper could almost fit
under the machine. I don't know if those Model 28 cabinets were still
available later on after Model 28 cabinets usually were enclosed almost
all the way to the floor.
It's my understanding that forms, one or more copies, normally sprocket
feed, normally supplied in boxes the size of the forms, are correctly
called "forms" and not "fanfold." If you look in Teletype parts books
you can find things like "forms accumulating shelf" to hold the forms
that came out of the printer, and a form supply box that hangs on the
back of the machine and encloses the cardboard box of forms.
I have a wooden platform that someone homemade for a news machine. The
rubber feet normally on the 15 table are fastened to the board, and
then there is a space outlined in molding for the fanfold paper box to
sit under the machine. No idea why someone thought that was necessary
or useful.
