[GreenKeys] Please ID

My friend Heinz DC4GL got hold of two test units that are
supposed to be for telegraph use.

Can anyone identify them and give us more information
about them and their usage?

The upper ones looks like a kind of modem/line test unit
and the one below like some kind of telegraph distortion
generator...?
