[GreenKeys] Black tape

Well, now, 13/16 is more like 6-level tape, so could be one of the
computers that used 6-level code, or some sort of typesetting application
that used Teletypesetter code but a much faster machine. I'm not really
aware of the zoo of old computers that might have used 6-level tape.
