[GreenKeys] Polar keying relays.

Anybody recognize this?

3-1/2" rack mount.
"Loop" WE-255A relay, 2K loop current adjust, 100-0-100 mA meter,
"nor/rev" switch and "FSK" WE-255A relay.
Looks to have some fairly large pie-wound chokes in series with both
the loop output contacts and the fsk output contacts. Both have RC
snubbers across the contacts.

Both polar relay coils are in series with each other, and in series with
the 100-0-100 panel meter.
The relay on the right selects either the Mark or Space contact for "nor"
or "rev" respectively on what is called the FSK relay.
The relay on the left, marked "LOOP" has a 2K large wattage rheostat
in series with the output contacts.

I was testing it with a 120 vdc loop supply on the "Loop" output, and
driving it with a polar square wave on the input side.
