<http://wd40.com/files/pdf/msds-wd482671453.pdf>
45-50% by weight, CAS# 64742-47-8
Also known as Dearomatized Kerosene.
Next on the list: One of four items comprising less than 25% is
mineral oil, light napthenic, light dewaxed pariffinic and dewaxed heavy
parafinnic.
And more dearomatized Kerosene CAS# 64742-47-8 at 12-18%.
What I find humorous is the WD-40 FAQS, clearly state what isn't in
WD-40:
"While the ingredients in WD-40 Multi-Use Product are secret, we can
tell you what it does NOT contain. It does not contain silicone, kerosene,
water, graphite or chlorofluocarbons (CFCs)"
The MSDS clearly states that 57-68% of the product is dearomatized
kerosene. I suppose that's technically not CAS# 8008-20-6 kerosene. ;-)
