I located a source of the rubber vibration dampeners, Mr. Paul Cembura (Tel 510-222-3102) in California...

Here is a picture of the base bottom.  There are 4 rubber feet with studs in them.  If the rubber is gone, you will have some heavy duty table surface scratchers.  On this unit the rubber feet are in top shape...

I'll try to post some pictures to the group when I'm done and it is running.

This will not be a 'better than new' restoration, just a deep cleaning and oiling, and then repairing parts as needed.
