[GreenKeys] KLI/SCM

I just came across some Kleinschmidt ads in "Electronics Industries"
magazine for 1958 & 1959.

In the 1958 ads, they say "Kleinschmidt Laboratories, Inc.; a subsidiary
of Smith-Corona Inc."

In the 1959 ads, they say "Kleinschmidt; Division of Smith-Corona
Marchant Inc."

So the merger of KLI into Smith-Corona must have been in the mid 1950s.

Have a Happy New Year,
