Hi all...can anyone advise if it's possible to use the K0TTY TTY/RS232 Interface with a computer serial port? I am not an electrical engineer but if I am correct that this is a half duplex device. In order to use CTRL+C on the keyboard would I be able to put BOTH lines in serial? Anyone using this thing to connect an ASR 33 as a bridge interface to a computer serial port? (perhaps ASR33 TTY terminal strip pins 4&6 to the bottom LOOP hole of the interface .... top hole to 3&7 on the ASR33)? Thinking no, this would not work (?).
If this is not a good interface for computer interfacing, anyone have a suggestion for a product they use?
Thanks
Bill
