[GreenKeys] Under 40?! Call out for age...

My weather configuration 28 pretty much came that way. I was called about
it from a
retired friend who does his weekly garage sale expeditions. It was $5 and
was going
in the dumpster that was sitting in the driveway ready to be filled at the
end of the
sale.
