I just came across and scanned a Dovetron TSC-1000 Speed Controller manual
(just a few pages and schematics actually).

Perhaps of interest to folks in the recent discussion about running 45.5
baud machines at 50 baud. It is an AC>DC>AC gadget for changing the
frequency and voltage feeding your synchronous TTY motor.
