Two caveats. The converter has to be a filter type and the CRT vertical and
horizontal channels have to be capable of operating at the filter
frequencies. The CRT display from an FM or Discriminator type converter will produce
two horizontal lines. And the AC (RF or Audio) output of the filter channels
is what is fed to the CRT.
