I’d sure like to see it (poor video and all) . I started following greenkeys in mid 2008, so the DVD offer was before my time. 

It does not sound like this is a commercial video since DVDs were made and distributed, so I’ll offer to rip one of those DVDs into a modern format and make it more widely available if anyone wants to send me a copy (which I will promptly return).
