Listening this morning on 14,193.9 LSB to what sounds like a 50 baud 500 cycle shift. Can't get enough to do much with but it's coming from about the 10 degree east of north heading from me here in Arizona. Possibly someone on the east coast or Europe can do better with it. It's continuous so it's not an amateur station. Anyone do anything with it? Larry W0OGH
