[GreenKeys] Lost in history ? How was paper tape oiled ? ...

I never saw any 8-level tape that was oiled.  But regardless of that, I 
learned decades ago not to store anything with rubber bands.  Either it goes 
dry after a few year and falls apart, or it melts and becomes a gooy mess.  
Had I but known, I could have warned you about this three or four decades ago.
