[GreenKeys] 35-KSR motors: governed versus synchrous

Small single phase VFDs have dramatically dropped in price over the past
couple years. One need to see if the motor used in a 35 will work. VFDs
imposes some pretty nasty requirements on motors and can generate some
really fun electrical noise.

I've acquired some via Ebay good to 1/2 HP for less then $30. Good quality
small single phase new ones run around $100 to $250.
