[GreenKeys] Stevens-Arnold Polar Relay

Looks similar to the Sigma ones I have.  I also have the test set for them.  Will also test the WE ones with the proper socket adaptor. The manual my have some specs in it.

Been trying to find a home for it as I am cleaning out my workshop.
