[GreenKeys] Weather Symbol Question

       I found a chart at
http://www.baudot.net/docs/smith--teletype-codes.pdf

        This indicates the arrows point to the conventional map 
directions, i.e. an UP arrow means North and indicates the wind is 
_coming_ from the North, an arrow pointing toward the Right means wind 
coming from the East etc.
