[GreenKeys] ASR-33 adjustments

I have two ASR-33 that I've cleaned (some, not exhaustively) over time, and
repaired obvious mechanical issues.  But neither is adjusted to usable
condition. The process confounds my attempts.  Is there anyone who would
do that, or teach me how, for a reasonable fee?  Preferably in the
northeastern USA (I'm in Boston).
