Thanks Gil. I use an Optivisor, forget what power the lens is, really 
good Ott light and lots of patience. There is a stereo microscope on
the bench but it's only used for inspection and if I get lazy I use a 
web cam or USB microscope :) Those of you that don't think you can do
it get some scrap SMD boards and practice removing and soldering the 
parts back on. The only problems I have is turning itty bitty parts
into high velocity projectiles while getting the hold downs 
positioned....I'll find them when I find the missing socks from the 
clothes dryer :)
