[GreenKeys] 120 VPS tuning forks available

For years I blissfully used my 87.6  tuning fork and thought nothing of it. Then, I got another one. Suddenly the governors aren't set exactly where I thought they were. More adjusting. More disagreement. After a few weeks of this I got them both in the same place at the same time. Turns out they aren't exactly the same. Maybe one had a rough life? Who knows, maybe they are both inaccurate. If it ever becomes a huge issue, I will check them both against my electronic tachometer. I think anything electronic that works reliably and accurately is the way to go. KevinWW2TTY

VPS? visibillities per second? is it the frequency? then a arduino with 
a led can do a good job in emulating one of those forks. running on a 
16Mhz crystal makes a good pulsing led possible with just the blink 
sketch and some timing tweaking.
