The original (computer version) of the font comes from Mark Zanzig. It
may be found here: http://www.zanzig.com/download/

To use the fonts, download the TrueType version of the fonts, you'll
get a ZIP file. Unpack the ZIP file, then copy+paste the TELE.TTF,
TELE_B.TTF, TELE_I.TTF, and TELE_BI.TTF files into your
C:\Windows\Fonts folder. This will make the font available to any
application on your system that may make use of the system fonts.


I've attached --- if it works --- a quick thing I blargh'd out using
the font (using Photoshop), hopefully it gives you a good idea of what
the font looks like. If anyone's a fan of the works of David Brin, you
might get the reference.
