I have included three photos showing "before" and "after".  It is pretty easy to do but does require some skill in application and results can vary depending on the condition of the covers.  After using the formula (link above), I polished the components using an orbital buffer and various Meguiars polishing compounds.  I have been restoring 4 machines over the past 11 months and it is quite time consuming but the results have been excellent.  It even works well on the keys.
