[GreenKeys] Teletype 43 Line Feed

I just got a Teletype 43 and all the functions seem to work OK except for FF
and LF.

 

Does anyone here have an idea of what to check? The belt going from the
platen to the motor seems to be OK.

I don't have a maintenance manual so I'm leery about taking it apart and
remembering where all the screws go.
