[GreenKeys] RTTY and RM-11708

To the hams on the list and anyone else that may 
be interested in saving RTTY on the air.
There's a new website up at http://www.savertty.com 
actually it pertains to all narrowband digital modes. 
I would encourage everyone to visit the site and file 
comments with your ARRL director and the FCC and 
let them know how you feel. Instructions for filing are 
on the page. The bands are in enough of a mess with 
auto responders popping up everywhere. Crossposting 
so you may see this more than once, sorry.
