Yes, that looks like a Model 26 table, which had three ganged toggle
switches to the right of the machine.  One for motor power and I think
one shorted the line when the motor was turned off (so you could
disconnect the machine without opening the loop) and I forget what
the third one did.

I forget now who made them, but one of the electrical switch and outlet
makers had this line of stuff where there was a bracket that would fit
into a single-width outlet box.  Then you could put your choice of
a toggle switch or a (two prong) outlet or a pilot light or maybe
some other things into each of the three positions in the bracket.
That's what was used for the Model 26 power switch.
