[GreenKeys] Actual CPS 45.45 -VS- 110 Baud

OK - here are the results of my tests.

o sent the machines a <space> character for 1 minute
   (CPM = Characters Per Minute).

o used 1 stop bit and 2 stop bits (SB 1 and SB 2).


SB --- 45.45 ---- 110

1 -----340 CPM -- 660 CPM
2 -----330 CPM -- 600 CPM

I was surprised to learn that the 35 wasn't WAY MORE FASTER
than I believed. Listening to it print it sure sounded like
it was - but as someone pointed out the 35 doesn't spend
time doing LETTERS and FIGURES shifts - and I was printing
out NWS / NOAA METAR reports that I had transcribed to
the weather type box - so the 28 was shifting back and forth
continuously.
