The thread on spam, was wondering if you are getting the phish where it sends the email you receive and open,  to all your contacts?  After the last time this happened to me, I went into my contact list and added a '1' to every address.  Now if you get phished in this manner, you will know it because all those emails will come back to you as undeliverable.  You do have to remember to remove the '1' when you want to actually send an email to a contact.  Just don't open anything up that comes from an unknown source, and avoid the obvious scam - the  pills don't work, there is no money waiting for you at the post office, and UPS did not really try to deliver a package to you.
