I also had two mass spam message sent using my email as a return. According to the headers, the first one was uploaded to MetroPCS in Kansas. The second one was uploaded in Arizona. Whoever is doing this is just randomly picking an email address and uploading it to their own or someone else’s hacked server. They don’t have to hack your mail password.
It really is too bad we cannot put the person responsible somewhere in the 60 ma loop and see how they do at 45 baud.

What you're seeing is the latest trick to get people to click on a spam/malware link. As usual it's from a Yahoo webmail address. Those have been mass-hacked with no need to have the owner's password.
