[GreenKeys] Why and When 7.00 vs. 7.42 unit code?

No, as I explained in the previous message Teletype equipment from Day
One
had no trouble with 7.00 code, at least until they got to the 30 model
line and ASCII, where they did have trouble with 10.00 code.
