[GreenKeys] 45, 50 ...etc. baud serial baudot interface for PC?

The older COM ports built into machines, or on add-in cards, go down to
45 baud. My understanding is that most of the recent USB-to-RS-232 port
devices will not go down to 45 baud. And I don't know how, with recent
versions of Windows, you can get 45 baud even with hardware that will do
it.
There's an old program called rtty12g you can find by googling. It runs
under DOS (or Windows up through Win98) and turns the computer into a
"glass Teletype". I use it by means of a bootable CD ROM that runs the
Win98 version of DOS.
There is also FreeDOS out there, but I haven't learned how to use it.
Rtty12g runs under later Windows but is not able to set the code to 5
level.
