[GreenKeys] MITE KSR valye

I've had several MITEs over the years. Most were used by the military to the 
point of being worn out and not repairable. Still have one in this condition.
Back in the 1970's when I was very active in RTTY, MITEs were about the
only way to achieve 100 wpm. Kleins were unobtainable. I've never paid more than
$20 for one, and unless I knew it was working properly (pay special attention
to the functions!), would not pay more than that for one now. My $.02
