[GreenKeys] TTY Mod 33 case repairs

I've been fixing the case on my 33.  Several of the mounting
ears that held various parts on had broken off.

The case is ABS plastic.  I have had excellent luck using
Plastruct Bondene solvent cement to fix things.  Here are

As nearly as I can determine, butt joints welded with this
solvent cement are just about as strong as the original
material before it cracked and broke.  I did reinforce some
of the repaired joints, but only where long thin prongs were
broken, such as on the paper tape punch cover.  We'll
attach the new window in the Teletype lid (after polishing the
tear edge to match the original) by melting the new prongs
exactly the way the original window was attached.
