[GreenKeys] Model 40 KDP in the office...Hmmm

The 40 KDP (Keyboard Display Printer) was a poor idea as the printer  
generated noise
and the monitor generated heat. Since the printer was under the  
monitor the electronics
were placed in another housing next to the KDP or in a stand.  The  
arrangement in this
photo would not have been practical.

It is also strange that the photograph shows a first generation  
Data•Phone.  Normally you
would expect to see a second generation (DataPhone II) set that  
matched the M40
equipment with a black key telephone set sitting on top of it.
