We get quick responses here - but it is a "one-size-fits-all" form letter:

o Teenagers horsing around knock Teletype off its pedestal and it falls 
on baby, killing it.

o Bleeding heart senator proposes law banning anyone from owning a
   Teletype - because they're baby killers.

o (You) send letter to senator explaining what a Teletype machine is,
   why they are not dangerous in the right hands, how that was an
   accident, and how useful they are.

o (You) receive a form letter saying that "we agree to disagree" and
   "thank you for your concern".
