What you see is what I got. According to the manual, the "copy display rack" is not included with the LPW300 winder.  
The copy display rack is p/n TP193950 for M28 and M35. 
For M32 and M33, the TP195259 mod kit includes a copy display rack and provides for easy removal of the winder  for access to the removable cabinet back panel.
