I purchased ($20, IIRC) a program that lets me download any flash video
file playing in a browser and save it locally.  Google for "save flash
video" and you'll find some options.  The program I bought is on my
computer at home and I don't recall the name.  It has some annoyances,
but it works for my purposes.
