Gainsborough's "Blue boy".  That entry says "(3 Tees)" next to it.

Other entries have names or call signs there...  so this was someone's nickname
on the art?

On Ancestry.com's Social Security database, I see no Al Perkins, but
there's a Jimmy A. Perkins of Galesburg, IL, (1930-2010).

The National Silent Key Archive doesn't show any Al or Jimmy Perkins.

Is there a better place to look to determine who Al Perkins was?

And maybe there's a chance someone kept all his tapes.
