Take a look on eBay in the Ham Radio forum.

You'll see some real junk going for serious bux!

There is a guy that has been trying to sell a commercial
receiver for something like $4000 - and it looks like
it fell off the back of a truck.

Then, another guy was trying to sell a Signal One that
is missing parts, and he doesn't know if it works - but
he wants big bux for it too.
