[GreenKeys] ebay "Teletype Message Numbering Module"

I hope to learn something.  It could be:

1) Teletype made a weird stepper-switch based piece of equipment that 
somebody on the list is going to identify.

OR

2) that eBay sellers who can't tell the difference between a telegraph 
key and telephone central-office equipment just put the word "Teletype" 
in the title and hope for the best!

Photos are incomplete, but there appear to be three single-digit 
annunciator wheels on a short end.  A mere $950, and "many more"!
