[GreenKeys] source for old outlet plugs

There seems to be  rectifiers  with  2 prong plugs and  some  with  three 
prong plugs I am looking  for a source of   definitive   data  on what 
rectifiers  go  with   teletype.

cord from a lamp or something, and I've had to have separate  ground
wires hooked up, etc.
