[GreenKeys] Something I just spotted on ebay

The power cord is baloney; it uses a standard PC cord.  He probably just wanted to be ignorant so nobody could say he misstated anything.

I wondered what current MARS rules/practices were these days.

Working or not it would look nice in the rack.
