[GreenKeys] whatz-it TTY moter with a night light or?

The light is to illuminate the striped strobe band on the governor so it 
can be viewed through the slit on the tuning fork to adjust the motor 
governor.  An incandescent bulb is used because there is no intention of 
using the flicker of the bulb as a strobe.
