Yikes. Suddenly the problem with my TT4B doesn't look so bad.

Mechanically you could probably get it to run, unless it was missing something major. The paper holder and chute is obviously missing. There is a panel on the front also missing and it has the controls for the rangefinder, armature, light switch, fuse holders and ammeter. Is the tuning for behind the access door in the cover? Can't see anything else obvious. 

Manuals. TM 11-2234 would be enough for the 'A' but here are some links to more in depth reading.
