Go to  http://rattrig.com/AN-GRC-26/26.htm The first picture shows a 
"CV-31B/TRA-7" which is the original version of the CV-182.  The power 
supply is the unit on top (!!) of the actual converter. I think it just 
has two fuses and two pilot lamps on the front.  For more details on the 
CV-182, see AN/GRC-26A manual at http://rattrig.com/manuals/tm%27s.htm.
