[GreenKeys] Project Mouse - some background

The project was described in a four page insert that was between pages 8 and 9 in the October 1969 RTTY Journal.  The announcement was done as an unnumbered insert so that the magazine would remain intact with correct numbering when the insert was removed.  See the comment (in bold) on page 14 of that issue from RTTY Journal Editor Dusty W8CQ.  Many copies of the October 1969 issue had their inserts removed and sent to W6FFC. I happen to have a copy of this particular issue, thanks to Glenn K3SWZ, with the original insert intact.
