[GreenKeys] Project Mouse - some background

I think I better understand now.  After posting the comment, I had
occasion to talk to George by phone about the 28 (and a lot of other
stuff too.)  Learned quite a few things about some of the history
involved.  Was a very enjoyable conversation.  He gave me a some useful
pointers as to identification and maintenance.
