Frank's right, but I think this is the much more rare "Navy" cabinet rather than the more common WU Mailbox.
The Navy cabinet is more compact and has a separate base on rollers within the cabinet that gives service access.
(as you can see in the third picture)
I have one, they are quite nice and take up much, much less room than the WU mailbox.
The price is now $250 so it's a bit more reasonable.
Typing units are easy to find, a cabinet like this one, not so much.

The handwheel on this printer platen is standard for the "mailbox" cabinet which is shown. The cabinet is much wider and a crank wouldn't reach. The base frame is cracked where the keyboard screws on. The typing unit might be intact. Might. No photos of the selector side of the machine. Somebody replaced the crank with a huge thumbwheel, and it looks bent. There's a Model 14 reperf, the no-keyboard version, in poor shape. There's a rusted Model 14 TD with a bent paper tape gate and a governed motor. There's some paper tape, some rolls of paper, and a box of polar relays. The seller wants $450 for the lot, which is way overpriced. Plus it's "local pick-up only" in a small town in Minnesota. Useful only if you really, really need Model 15 parts.
