At first I thought that maybe it was Kleinschmidt tape, but you are 
right it is wider.  Maybe one of the Teletype Corp experts here can tell 
us what it is.  (An early M35 ASR in a M28 ASR cabinet???)

All Kleinschmidt tape readers would work with the narrow (Teletype 
Corp.)  tape. Most of the later KLI reperforators could also use narrow 
tape  (in narrow tape mode, they would type over the feed holes)
